How can I track my order?

Easily! Trade customers should receive an email confirming their order has been dispatched. If you haven’t received this within 24 hours of placing your order, please let us know as it could be we need to update your email address. The email confirmation includes a tracking number which you enter into www.apc-overnight.com and you will find out where you parcel is.


For private customers this is just as easy! If you would like a tracked service, please let us know in the COMMENTS section of your order. (an additional fee applies)


How long will my order take to reach me?

For trade customers, 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. For private customers, this is usually 24 hours although this depends on which delivery method you chose at the checkout.


Will my order show any discount?

No, the discount will be shown afterwards. This applies to trade customers only.


Can I change my order?

Yes, absolutely! How this happens depends on whether you are a trade or private customer but essentially, please contact us on +44(0)1209 822101 to change any details of your order.


How do I return any items?

If you are a trade customer, please speak with you rep. Books sent with a consignment note are fully returnable as long as they are in saleable condition.


If you are a private customer, please contact our office to arrange a return on +44(0)1209 822101. Please note: return postage will need to be paid by the customer.


How long will it take to process my returns?

For trade customers we will need to check your stock back in and then issue the paperwork which usually takes a week or so.


For private customers, we aim to turn this around in 2 working days.


What do I do if I want a title that is out of print?

Get in touch with us! We have some trade customers that we reprint specific titles for; please do let us know if there is a title that you would be interested in seeing back in print.


There is a problem with my order. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible, either via your rep (trade customers only) or via our office on +44(0)1209 822101.


I’d like to work for Tor Mark. How do I go about it?

We are continuously growing our Tor Mark family and would love to hear from people who share our passion for books, local publishing and selling. Keep an eye on our jobs page and the IPG website as well as looking on our social media channels for information on what’s available.


Where are your books printed and published?

We currently print in the UK and try to use printers local to us whenever possible. We are mainly a UK publisher but we are very excited about having a fledgling international publishing offering based in Europe and the US.
